3M 54 Details

3M™ Polyester Film Electrical Tape 54 is a polyester film electrical tape that is suitable for wrapping fine wire coils. This tape is 600V rated and withstands a temperature range of 32 to 266 °F (0 to 130 °C).  This tape has a strong thermosetting, rubber adhesive that ensures firm adherence. This general purpose tape is highly conformable and resistant to chemicals, solvents, moisture, cut through and abrasion. UL Listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.

• Commonly used in wrapping coils, capacitors, wire harnesses, transformers, shaded pole motors and fractional-horsepower motors
• Adhesive requires no heat, moisture or other manner of preparation to affect application
• Designed for continuous operation not exceeding 130°C (266°F) per UL and CSA listings
